At The Vine & The Sparrow (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our artwork and related products. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and options if you are not satisfied with your purchase.


1. General Policy

1.1 Original Artwork

Due to the unique and custom nature of original artwork:

  • All sales of original artwork are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

1.2 Prints, Merchandise, and Other Products

Returns or refunds may be available for prints or merchandise under specific conditions (outlined below).


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange for eligible products if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The request is made within 14 of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Commissioned or custom artwork.
  • Digital downloads or digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable).

4. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order number.
    • Photos of the item and packaging.
    • A brief description of the issue.

5. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 10 days of receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
